JESS WHITACRE MICOURT
Meet Jess, creator of Limitless Training! Jess has her M.S. in Sport Management & a B.S. in Kinesiology in Exercise Science. She is a certified NASM Personal Trainer and additionally has certifications as an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, HSI & ARC CPR, AED & First AID Instructor/ Instructor Trainer, Certified Pool Operator, Glide-Fit Instructor, USA-W Level 1 Coach, POUND/Generation POUND Instructor, SCHWINN Cycling Instructor, and AFAA Primary Group Exercise. In addition, she has extensive experience in recreation and facility management including working as a Horseback Riding Coach; Personal Trainer; Group Fitness Instructor; CRI Facility Manager; JEA Health & Wellness Director; YMCA Membership, Fitness, & Aquatic Director & more. You may even catch her as your tour guide if you take a horse carriage tour in downtown Savannah! Jess's enthusiasm towards both physical & mental wellness along with her passion helps others learn to have a limitless mindset & approach when it comes to their training and goals.
