Meet the Owners/Operators of Limitless Training, Jess & Terry Micourt. A husband & wife duo who have turned their shared passion of teaching lifesaving training and impacting their community into their own training company based in Coastal GA.

JESS WHITACRE MICOURT
Meet Jess, creator of Limitless Training! Jess has her M.S. in Sport Management & a B.S. in Kinesiology in Exercise Science. She is a certified Health & Safety Institute + American Red Cross CPR, AED & First AID Instructor/Instructor Trainer and additionally has certifications as an SAI Swim Instructor, American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor/Instructor Trainer, NASM Personal Trainer, Certified Pool Operator, Glide-Fit Instructor, USA-W Level 1 Coach, POUND/Generation POUND Instructor, SCHWINN Cycling Instructor, and AFAA Primary Group Exercise. In addition, she has extensive experience in recreation and facility management including working as a Horseback Riding Coach; Personal Trainer; Group Fitness Instructor; CRI Facility Manager; JEA Health & Wellness Director; YMCA Membership, Fitness, & Aquatic Director & more. Jess's enthusiasm towards both physical & mental wellness along with her passion helps others learn to have a limitless mindset & approach when it comes to their training and goals.
TERRY MICOURT
Meet Terry, co-owner/operator of Limitless Training, where he proudly operates the company alongside his wife as a dedicated husband-and-wife team. He is a certified CPR Instructor Trainer for both the American Red Cross and HSI, a BLS Instructor, and a certified lifeguard, bringing the highest level of safety training expertise to every class. Terry previously served as the Graduate Assistant over the Fitness Department and Interim Fitness Director at Georgia Southern University. He has also worked as a wrestling coach across Savannah and Effingham between schools and private clubs, regional manager for Cocktail Boys & wedding manager for Red Gate Farms, further strengthening his leadership and program development experience. With over 12 years of wrestling experience and more than a decade of coaching, he is a 3-time NCWA SEC Champion and 3-time NCWA National Qualifier. In addition to wrestling, he has coached cardio & weight lifting classes, fitness boxing and more working with both youth and adults of all ages. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a Master’s degree in Higher Education, and he is passionate about helping others build confidence, discipline, and life-saving skills that empower them both physically and mentally.

KATE PERRY
Kate has joined the Limitless Training Squad as our Swim/Lifeguard Instructor & Aquatic Operation Manager. Since 2018, Kate has worn just about every hat in Aquatics such as: a Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Aquatics Director, and everything in between. But, what she loves most is teaching. Whether it’s swim lessons for all ages or lifeguard certification courses, Kate brings passion and expertise to every class. She proudly holds certifications including: Certified Pool Operator (PHTA CPO), SAI Swim Instructor, Lifeguard & Lifeguard Instructor, BLS, CPR, AED & First Aid Instructor. Certified by the American Red Cross, StarFish Aquatics Institute, and the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Kate is all about safety, skill, and making a splash in aquatic education! She is a key element in the Limitless Training Operation and continues to expand the Aquatic operation of the company as we increase our program reach.
